Neil Lonzon - Personal Training Manager

Neil is an 8-year veteran of the health and fitness industry. His personal and professional involvement with sports has afforded him the opportunity to work with a wide variety of individuals ranging from triathletes to adventure racers to NHL players. His training style integrates an innovative balance of weights, cardiovascular, core and sports-specific conditioning in a circuit style format, which makes his popular sessions extremely efficient and effective.
