Ona Manning

Ona spent one year in extensive training with Balanced Body University in San Francisco. In 2007 she received her certification in Pilates Mat levels 1 and 2, Reformer levels 1, 2 and 3, Cadillac (Trapeze), Chair and Barrels. She then spent a year teaching Pilates at Absolute Centre in Lafayette (CA) before returning to BC to continue her career in health and fitness. Ona believes in incorporating all aspects of health and fitness with a focus on alignment and prevention of injuries and illness. Her passion for helping others is evident in her informative and supportive style of instruction. She offers group and individual Pilates sessions at the Steve Nash Sports Club.
