Jemal's long history of weight-training, skateboarding and snowboarding motivated him to acquire multiple certifications in the field of personal training. Previous sports-related low back injuries prompted him to pursue extensive studies in core training and rehabilitation. Jemal is a firm believer in training from the inside out.
