Inspired by her personal success in weight loss and reaching her fitness goals while working with a trainer, she decided to make a pivotal career change from professional translator
to pursue her passion for fitness; acquire several certifications, commit to continually expanding her education and knowledge base, and to follow her dream of helping others
experience the positive effects of exercising on all aspects of their lives.

rehabilitation clients, pre & postnatal, elderly and adolescence. She specializes in weight loss and body fat composition; whether you are looking to lose a lot of weight or shedding
