Pilates Reformer Private Sessions
These private sessions are great for members new to the reformer, or those wanting to improve form. Our experienced instructors will provide you with a routine designed especially for your body and guide you through the exercises. They are here to help ensure that you have a safe and effective workout. Pilates Reformer Group Sessions
For those with some Pilate's reformer experience, this class gives you an opportunity to practice and perfect your exercises. The instructor will lead the class through a routine while correcting form and giving feedback. The classes will be held twice per week in our Yoga/Pilates Studio.
