Our group classes combine a fun, inspiring group environment with exciting and challenging work outs. Classes are designed for beginner to advanced fitness levels. There's something for everyone.

ABT
a class for totally toning your abs, butt and thighs. Focuses on strengthening and sculpting using balls,body weight and barbells.

Ball Blitz
this muscle conditioning cardio class uses the stability ball , bosu ball and the bosu ballast ball to uniquely challenge your muscles to a whole new level. Enhance strength, endurance and tone. All Levels.

Bosu Boot camp
This unique class offers a mix of cardio, strength training and balance work on the ever popular Bosu Ball.

Urban street jazz
a fun way to bring dance and exercise together. Get an excellent workout while practicing your dance moves.

Corporate Crunch
a 40min class perfect for your lunch hour. cardio-muscular conditioning class using intense drills, functional exercise and core techniques to make you sweat and burn.

Core and stretch
This 40 min class will tone your abs and stretch your tight, sore muscles. The two things that we dislike the most when working out, but are very important. high caloric burning class

Step
an intense cardio workout with creative choreography and tons of energy.

Striptease
This seductive class will bring out your sexy side while giving you a great workout. Clothes stay on! This class is progressive and starts again every 5 weeks. Each week new moves will be added to what was learned the week before.

Ultimate Cardio Bootcamp
This power packed class combines strength training with high instensity interval training for the ultimate total body workout.  This challenging class uses BOSU Balls, Free Weights, and Stability Balls to strengthen your core, sculpt your arms, butt and legs and increase your cardio conditioning.

Van-GROOOVIN’
Love to dance? Love to sweat? Come lose yourself in the music while you burn the calories away. High-energy, pre-choreographed dances are designed to allow participants add their own style and attitude while jamming out and having fun. You'll forget you're working out! Dancing experience NOT required.

Yogabody
Rejuvenate and shape your body in a high energy, yoga-based workout designed to make you sweat, tone and strengthen your core, upper and lower body using traditional yoga poses blended with fitness moves and a 5" core ball. Challenging!!
