Whether you are a first time cyclist or an advanced athlete, you'll enjoy working out on our top of the line SPD compatible equipment. Let some of the finest cycling program coaches in the industry motivate you and put you through your paces.

The Ride
Start pedaling and let go as your instructor takes you on the ride of your life; perfect for fitness enthusiasts, recreational cyclists or serious racers. Intermediate to advanced.

Rhythm Ride
Burn calories, gain strength and improve stamina efficiently while using the rhythm of music to set your pace.

Cycle and core
45 min. spin followed by 15 min. of intense abdominal work.

The morning grind
30 min. ride , 30 min. of strength training , 30 min. of ab work.

The long ride
A 75-minute endurance ride packed class recommended for those with at least three months of cycling.

Cycle Zone
An intense 45 minute cycling workout. Your instructor will provide the motivation while taking you through rides of hills, valleys and fun cycling drills.

Short ride
a short but not so sweet ride. 45minutes of hard work.
