The third floor of the Steve Nash Sports Club is devoted entirely to our yoga and Pilates program. The beautiful 2250 square foot secluded studio is accented with its eco-friendly bamboo flooring. The floor to ceiling windows allow for warm natural light to flow through the studio, creating a comfortable, serene environment. The doors open to a quiet outdoor patio perfect for a morning sunrise yoga class.

We offer a wide range of Yoga classes and Pilates classes with options available for every fitness level. All Yoga classes are performed in comfortably heated rooms and led by friendly, professional instructors.
Anusara Inspired
Joyful and heart-opening, challenging and calming flow style class. You will burn calories and smile during this class. All levels, yoga experience preferred. Done in a comfortably heated room.
Core-Express Power Yoga
If you’ve been sitting at a desk all morning, this class is for you. A strengthening and invigorating dynamic, yoga class with a focus on activating the deep core muscles. You will leave feeling energized, focused and calm. All levels, no yoga experience necessary.
Dynamic Flow yoga
a joyful, heart oriented, energetic practise incorporating traditional poses from various styles of yoga. A flowing asana sequence with vinyasa trasitions, promoting strength and balance. Some yoga experience recommended.
Hatha Yoga
Experience a meditative, calm, yet strong practice. Perfect for beginners or advanced students who seek mind-body awareness and flexibility.
Power Yoga
Enjoy a dynamic, energetic and inspiring yoga practice, allowing you to build endurance, strength, flexibility and concentration. Great for athletes, this style of yoga will be an excellent complement to your sports.
Pilates Mat Class Beginner and Intermediate Levels
Mat Pilates will introduce the basic pilates core progressions and challenge you with more advanced mat work allowing you to gain subtle core strength and length.
Sunrise Flow
Challenge yourself with this gentle yet strong flow style yoga class that will invigorate your body and mind and wake you up. Suitable for all levels. No previous yoga experience necessary. Done in a comfortably heated room.
Urban Flow Yoga
Invigorating power yoga class that will allow you to gain strength, flexibility and health while you continue to challenge yourself and have fun. Set to urban grooves that will inspire and move you. Done in a comfortably heated room.
Fusion
Combination of Yoga and core pilates moves, this class will tonify, refresh and elongate your muscles. Great for preventing lower back injury and building deep core strength. Suitable for all levels.
